  In CulnGaSe (CIGS) solar cell industry, ZnO-based transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs) have been mainly studied as window layers because of its low material costs, low-temperature process ability, non-toxicity and chemical stability.However, power conversion efficiency (PCE) of CIGS cells with the TCEs is much lower in industrial production than that in laboratory research.One main reason is the degradations in crystal quality, optical transparency, and electrical conductivity of the TCE layers due to the industrial fabrication conditions, equipment and scale for high productivity.
