As2O3肝靶向制剂的制备及其抗肝癌活性研究

以生物可降解高分子PLGA为载体材料,采用双乳化溶剂挥发法制备载As2O3纳米粒,以具有良好生物相容性的聚乙二醇和具有肝癌靶向性的半乳糖分子对纳米粒表面进行修饰以改善其生物相容性,并赋予其肝癌靶向性,获得As2O3肝靶向制剂.研究表明所制备的载As2O3纳米粒包封率高,具有理想的控制释放速率,且具有明显的肝癌细胞靶向性.
