：

目的 研究IL-17及其相关分子IL-23、TNF-α、MMP9在脑梗死后炎症反应中的作用.方法 收集2012年9月至2013年5月年在我院收治的43例脑梗死患者,于梗死后第3-4天抽取脑脊液,应用ELISA法检测脑脊液中IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α、MMP9的变化,并与对照组进行比较:依据MRI结果将脑梗死分为轻、中、重度梗死组,检测IL-17在其中的变化情况;同时根据治疗疗效,将脑梗死分

目的 研究IL-17及其相关分子IL-23、TNF-α、MMP9在脑梗死后炎症反应中的作用.方法 收集2012年9月至2013年5月年在我院收治的43例脑梗死患者,于梗死后第3-4天抽取脑脊液,应用ELISA法检测脑脊液中IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α、MMP9的变化,并与对照组进行比较:依据MRI结果将脑梗死分为轻、中、重度梗死组,检测IL-17在其中的变化情况;同时根据治疗疗效,将脑梗死分为进步组、无变化组及恶化组,检测IL-17在其中的变化情况.
