To confirm the existence of carbon-resistance blue enzyme alkenes Enterobacteriaceae which carry blaNDM-1 gene bacteria in clinic in Hainan.collected clinical Imipenem or Meropenem drug resistance or the bacterial isolates which are suspected to produce carbon penicillium enzyme bacteria Enterobacteriaceae strains; as for experimental strain, used IP/IPI E-test paper original synergy to test the bacterial strains which produce Carbapenemases; conducted NDM-1 drug resistance gene PCR specificity amplification to purpose strains; after amplification, used AGE(agarose gel electrophoresis) and sequencing to identify the products; after electrophoresis and sequencing, used French API identification system to identify the positive strains containing NDM-1 gene.through IP/IPI E-test paper synergy test, 21 of 30 collected Enterobacteriaceae bacteria strains are positive, accounting for 70%, and after NDM-1 gene PCR amplification, the AGE and sequencing test identify that 9 of which have been confirmed to carry blaNDM-1 drug resistance gene; through French API identification system to make 20E identification, the rest 9 trains are 4 Klebsiella pneumonia, 2 Escherichia coli, 2 Enterobacter cloacae and 1 Enterobacter aerogenes; Drug susceptibility in vitro showed that broad spectrum antibiotics β-lactamase inhibitor, cephalosporanic acid and carbon blue enzyme are 100% drug resistance, while the high sensitive rate of polymyxin and tigecycline are 100% and 88.9% respectively; amikacin also maintains a high sensitive rate of 77.8%; ciprofloxacin and gentamicin keep a moderate sensitivity of 44.4% and 33.3% respectively.The clinical research of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria strains which carry blaNDM-1 gene in Hainan shows that the biological performance of bacteria tolerance is different with that of previous reports, which remains further in-depth study.
