精密机床儿何精度要求愈来愈高,采用一般的或然率均方根法难以达到。制造中常采用误差抵消法,但这一方面缺少系统介绍。为此本文把它以工艺发展的一个方向提出来。作者从多年的实践中,对精密机床的主轴组的回转精度,基础件导轨的不直度,坐标镗床的坐标定位精度,进行了分析,提出了相应的系统误差修正法和工艺措施。从理论上作了一些探讨和实践终结。
Precise machine tool accuracy requirements increasingly high, using the general probability of rms method is difficult to achieve.
