  The cracking of apricot can be regulated by cultivars,climate,geographical conditions,cultivation and management measures and so on,has become the bottleneck of the industrial development of fresh apricot.The Katy apricot(crack easily)and Golden sun apricot(crack resistance)were used as materials to elucidate the mechanism of apricot cracking by magenta tracer,paraffin slices,TUNEL detection.At the same time,find out the factors that caused the differences in cracking between the two cultivars.
